This collaborative project is intended to build on existent research that calls into question policies that have resulted in the deterioration of supportive home care services across Canada. Research questions focus on policy issues, the design and supply of provision (services) and the changing needs of aging urban populations in which language, ethnicity and class reflect particular Canadian patterns of immigration and cultural policy.
