Homelessness to Home: A Knowledge Exchange (2008-2009)

Homeless2home (h2h) is a participatory community exchange utilizing the immense practical knowledge of people who have experienced homelessness.  The best strategies put forward during the day will be included in a community kit that summarizes the day, presents promising practices and actions that individuals and communities may take to ensure that no one slips back into homelessness. The kit will be widely distributed to extend the knowledge transfer and mobilization to others in the homeless community.
