Principal Investigator: Marion Bogo, Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto
Co-investigator: Jane Paterson, CAMH

This project aims to develop an interdisciplinary model for clinical supervision in addictions and mental health. Working with a steering committee of advanced practice nurses and clinicians an interdisciplinary model of supervision was described in a manual published by CAMH. The model blends conceptual, empirical, and practice knowledge. In this phase of the study front-line staff from all clinical professions are being interviewed about their perceptions and experiences of clinical supervision.
