2012/13 MSW Field Education Matching Process for Year 2/Advanced Standing Students
Monday April 23rd (5:00 pm) - Practicum Administration System (PAS) will be open for students to view practicum opportunities and select 5 interview choices using Form A.
Complete and submit Form A no later than midnight on Sunday April 29th.
Monday April 30th to Wednesday May 2nd – PAS will be closed.
Thursday May 3rd (5:00 pm) - PAS will reopen and students can view their 2 interview matches.
Friday May 4th to Friday May 25th – Students will contact field instructors directly to arrange an interview time. Following the interviews, students will rank their choices using Form C. Field instructors will also respond on the PAS.
Complete and submit Form C no later than midnight on Sunday May 27th.
Monday May 28th to Thursday May 31st – PAS will be closed.
Friday June 1st (5:00 pm) – Matches are confirmed on the PAS and made available for viewing.
Field instructors and students are encouraged to contact the Practicum Office at any time with questions around the matching process.
