Education Coordinator PAS Access Information
Your user name is your email address
Password: If you have already set your own password in the system (and you remember it) great! Otherwise, the default password for instructors is your surname in lower case letters.

The Practicum Admin System is not the same as your UToronto or ROSI systems, so if it is your first time logging into PAS, you will have to follow these steps to get a password to login to the system:
Go to: Retrieve/Forgot Your Password, a link that you will find at the bottom of the main Practicum Admin System page.
In the email address field, enter the email address in which you used to register with the Faculty of Social Work when applying. Click retrieve password – and you will receive an email that gives you a confirmation code. (If you don’t recall which email address you used, please contact Iulia in the Practicum Office for help: 416-978-3262 or practicum.fsw@utoronto.ca
Check your email (for an email from ‘Practicum Office’) and once you get the confirmation code, go back to the Retrieve/Forgot Your Password section. Enter your email address AND the confirmation code – and you will then receive another email that will give you a temporary password.
Go to the main Practicum Admin System page where you will now be able to login with your email address and your temporary password.
Once you login, be sure to change your temporary password to one of your own.
Please update your profile to include your address, email and phone number where you can be reached. This is the information that the practicum sites will see, so be sure that it is updated.
Reviewing Evaluations
To view student and field instructor evaluations go to Practicum Units and filter by the appropriate program year and school year and make sure "Show interiview matches" is selected in the 3rd filter.
