Dr. Fallon’s research interests include child welfare workers, organizational behaviour and service delivery effectiveness. She has extensive experience in conducting research focusing primarily on women and children. Dr. Fallon is the Director of the Canadian Incidence Study of Reported Child Abuse and Neglect (CIS) 2008, and she is the Principal Investigator of the Ontario Incidence Study of Reported Child Abuse and Neglect (OIS) 2008. She was also the Co-Manager of the CIS in the 1998 and 2003 cycles. Dr. Fallon has managed several other national Canadian child welfare research projects.
