Social and emotional intelligence (S/E Q) has been recognized as a essential positive attribute in navigating all forms of relationship. S/E Q is considered a key determinant in educational and occupational success for children and organizational leaders alike. Qualities of authenticity, integrity and one’s moral compass are informed by S/E Q. Attunement to one’s self as well as resonance with others promotes communication, consensus decision-making, conflict resolution, while enhancing resiliency. S/E Q intellegence encourages the natural potential in our families, communities, schools and organizations. Through theoretical and experiential application, participants will learn the importance of being more attentive to relationships. This workshop will encourage participants to bring the dexterity of S/E Q to bear on their own health and wellness, as well as in their work and service to others. |
