[This workshop is part of a Certificate in Solution-Focused Coaching
Description:	Coaching: Plain & Simple. This two-day module introduces the fundamental principles and skills of Solution-Focused Coaching in order to equip participants with Solution-Focused tools including powerful questions, solution-building conversations, and exchanging effective feedback. This overview provides a foundation for all other modules, and participants will learn about the Solution-Focused model in coaching, consulting, and training applications.

Instructor(s):	Haesun Moon, MEd, CSFC. (Program Coordinator) Haesun is an experienced educator and a practicing coach. Haesun’s passion for organization building and community development united with solution-focused approaches in her graduate work. In her private practice, she provides corporate training including the Power of Perspective Series, a solution-focused coaching program (www.solution-focused.ca), and she contributes to the SF community by building evidence-based practice resources and organizing a Canadian network of SF practitioners. Email: haesunmoon@gmail.com Peter Szabo, MCC Peter is an Executive Coach who specializes in brief coaching processes with managers. He works with international corporations and supports change projects worldwide. He draws on 15 years of corporate experience as lawyer, manager and organizational developer. Peter has trained more than 2000 professional coaches over the last 15 years. He holds a Master Certified Coach degree with the International Coach Federation. For many years Peter has been a member of the ICF assessment team for the professional certification of coaches. Peter is also founder and Senior Vice President of Solution Surfers International in Lucerne, Switzerland. The company provides coaching and training services on four continents and in eight languages. Their work is based on the solution-focused paradigm change introduced by Steve De Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg. Peter Szabó is co-author of "Brief Coaching for Lasting Solutions" and "Coaching plain and simple". His books and papers have been translated into 10 languages.
