This module will demonstrate how Solution-Focused conversations
can offer radically different and effective approaches in the professional
development of staff, classroom work with pupils, and responding to individual
incidents of bullying. Ideas from this module can be used immediately by staff
in schools or by advisory professionals who want to support schools in
developing an effective anti-bullying ethos. |

Vicky has a significant interest in engaging her clients in new ways of thinking that allow for effective change. She is also very active in the facilitation and implementation of positive school climates as a vehicle for student success. She uses the Solution Focused model to coach schools in creating and sustaining respectful and effective communication. |
