In this module, you will learn
how to fortify staff relationships from a strengths-based perspective using the
solution-focused coaching process and skill sets. Employee / client motivation,
performance enhancement, and healthy communities at work are just a few
outcomes that this approach addresses.
You will learn how to improve performance and productivity in the
workplace, conduct effective 1:1 coaching conversations, and implement a
positive performance evaluation tool that you can take to your workplace. |

Haesun Moon, MEd (Program Coordinator) Haesun is an experienced educator in workplace-learning using Positive Brief Coaching practice. In her private practice, she provides training for non-profit organizations, educational institutes, and private sector companies internationally. Haesun merged her passion for organization building and community development with the solution-focused approach in her graduate work at University of Toronto. She contributes to the SF community by building communities of practice for Canadian practitioners through Learning Theatre, PowerApps, and Brief Coaching Centre.
