[SFBC510] Solution
Focused Organizational Development
|
| [This workshop is part of a Certificate in Solution-Focused Coaching | |
Description: |
In organizational settings, the solution-focused approach has
often proven its usefulness both in individual coaching and in organizational
development. This module explores positive and realistic interventions at the
same time. Participants learn how to acknowledge problems without focusing too
long on them, help make desired results explicit, help find out what works to
make progress in the direction of those results, and invite teams to do more of
what works. Small and large scale interventions are explored. Change
Management, Strategic Planning, and Training are but a few of the topics
discussed. Participants learn how to focus on and make use of solutions that
are already in place while learning exciting new approaches to working with
teams at different organizational levels. |
