- Introduction to Cybercounselling (Level 1)Cybercounselling - Level 1 is a twelve-week course designed for experienced counselling practitioners who want to be accessible to their clients via email. The full twelve weeks must be completed in order to be granted Cybercounselling Level 1 certification. Certificates are issued jointly by the University of Toronto, Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work and Therapy Online.
