M.S.W. Application Deadlines for September 2012

Application packages for September 2012 will be available by the end of September.

Three key submission dates:

1. Online Application, application fee, and official academic transcripts: November 1, 2011*
   This includes SGS online application (Steps 1-6), application fee and transcripts.


2. Important - SGS online application, fee, scanned and original transcripts, must be submitted by December 1, 2011 in order to be considered for September 2012 admission.


3. All supporting documentation due by December 15, 2011. This includes the following:
1. M.S.W. Program Application Form
2. Resume
3. Field Practicum Experience (if applicable)
4. Written Statement
5. Three References
6. M.S.W. Application Checklist

Note: items a-f can be submitted electronically.

* To avoid disappointment, applicants are strongly encouraged to submit the online application, fee and transcripts by November 1, 2011, to allow sufficient time for referees to send in their electronic references.
